Chatbot companies couldn't disclaim responsibility for harmful or misleading bot output, and minors using companion chatbots would need parental consent.
What it does
Prevents chatbot proprietors from disclaiming responsibility for materially misleading, incorrect, or harmful information. Mandates parental consent for minors using companion chatbots. AG compliance standards.
