Companion AI operators would face limits on specified manipulative features and would need crisis protocols. AI notice would be persistent in text interactions or appear at least every 30 minutes in other interactions, unless an adult user disabled it.

Proposes protections for users of companion AI products, including limits on specified manipulative features, crisis intervention protocols, and notice that the user is interacting with AI. Adults could specifically enable otherwise restricted features or disable the notice; those options would not apply to minors.
