Extends Illinois' Genetic Information Privacy Act to brain-computer-interface and neurotech data — insurers couldn't use it for underwriting and employers couldn't request it.

What it does

Expands Genetic Information Privacy Act to cover neurotechnology data. Prohibits insurers from using neurodata for underwriting. Restricts employers from requesting neurotechnology data in employment decisions. New consent and security standards.
